Hi, I’m Steve Rosplock.

I started recording to cassettes in middle school in order to record the first band I was in. Since then I’ve had a very DIY approach to everything I do. Having recorded and toured across the country in the rock band Phantasm (and several others), I’ve been in the unique position of being on both sides of the creative space. I pride myself on being a team player and I’m used to wearing a lot of different hats.

I’m a semi-Professional Weirdo and enthusiast of the unexplained (IE: I explore haunted locations for my vacations). I LOVE dogs (having been a foster dad to several) and supporter of a Force Free training methodology as well as an advocate for Bully Breeds.

My Approach

I don’t want to rewrite your hook or restructure your song, there are plenty of producers out there that can’t wait to change you. I want to work along side you to make it MAGICAL.

I’m a firm believer in non-hierarchical solutions to challenges and that an artist knows their vision best. It’s my job to best serve that vision. I employ my 20+ years of being an artist myself to help solve problems and suggest solutions. There are many paths to travel and only the one creating the art can say what’s best. I want you to sound like the best version of you.

I’m very passionate about serving the work in the best way I can. I try to hold myself to the highest standards. Integrity means a lot to me.

I believe that honesty is the best policy and kindness is key.
